The entry
Every account starts with a walk of the whole site
Before we write a proposal we walk the property. Most sites take a morning, and we ask your manager or an on-site contact to join the first part.
The audit costs nothing and does not commit you to a contract. The written report is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us.

The report
What the walk puts on paper
Six headings, one page each, so a board or an owner can read it without us in the room.
Turf and beds
Bare patches, thatch, edging lines and weed pressure, bed by bed.
Irrigation zones
Each zone run and logged: coverage, broken heads, leaks and the controller schedule.
Trees
Listed by location, with notes on clearance over walks and signs and on dead limbs.
Slopes and drainage
Ruts, low spots, basin inlets and slopes that need mowing by a special machine.
Hazards
Raised pavers, root lifts and sprinkler heads in walking paths.
Access and rules
Gates, loading docks, quiet hours, tenant notices and where crews park.
Before we arrive
What helps on the day
