Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you send us. The owner reviews and finishes it before the site goes live.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, property address and anything you write in a form. We also see ordinary visit data, like the pages you open.

How we use it

To answer you, to set the day of a site walk and to write the report and proposal. We don’t sell your details.

Who sees it

The account team and the crew lead assigned to your property. Service providers that host the site or send its email see it only to do that job.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete what we hold by calling or writing to the address in the footer.
