Questions about what is included
Can we take one service and not the others?
Yes. The proposal prices each service by area, so you can take grounds maintenance alone and add irrigation or trees later.
Who decides how often you visit?
The proposal sets a visit schedule by area. Lawns usually run weekly in the growing season; beds and shrubs run less often.
What about work outside the contract?
Extra work is written up and sent to your manager before it starts, so nothing reaches an invoice unseen.
